• How many breweries will I visit on a tour?

    Each of our tours will visit 3-4 metro Detroit area breweries.

  • Is beer provided?

    Yes! We provide plenty of beer on each of our tours as part of your booking fee. We will be sampling 3-4 tasty brews at each stop.

  • How much time will we spend at each place?

    We will be at each location for about an hour. Most stops will include a 15-30 minute tour. 

  • Is food included?

    Yes. There will be a delicious warm pretzel appetizer, or similar, at one of the tour stops. You are also welcome to place your own order for food if time allows. No food may be brought onto the bus however. Please list any allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. 

  • Can I drink on the bus?

    Yes, you may drink any of the beer or spirits you purchased at the locations we visit. Please, do not bring your own drinks with you, it will not be allowed on the bus.

    *We do not provide Gluten Free beer options on our tours. 

  • How do I make a reservation?

    Online registration is required for all public tours. Public tour registration closes 3 hours prior to tour time.

    Private tours require more notice - a minimum of 1 week prior to your tour date. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and the remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to tour time. Email info@brewlinetours.com for more info.

  • Will I receive actual tickets? Do I need to print my confirmation?

    You will receive a confirmation email when your payment is received. You will not receive actual tickets. Please either print your confirmation email or have it handy on your smartphone when you board the bus. 

  • What if I’m the only one who books a ticket?

    We reserve the right to cancel a tour if less than six (6) people have booked 24 hours prior to your tour. At that time, you will be refunded your money, or you can select an alternate tour date.

  • What is your cancellation/return policy?

    All cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of your scheduled tour. Please contact us at info@brewlinetours.com to cancel. If you notify us with at least one week advance notice, you will be given a full refund, or you can select an alternate date. No refunds or any rescheduling is allowed if reservations are cancelled within one week of the start of the tour. 

  • What if it is raining or snowing?

    Brew Line Tours will run rain/snow or shine. The only reason a tour may be cancelled is if snow conditions prevent safe travel. It will be at the discretion of Brew Line Tours and you will be contacted prior to your tour for rescheduling. 

  • Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

    Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs on the bus. 

  • Are kids allowed?

    We ask that all participants be at least 21 years of age. We will consider exceptions if there is room on the bus. Please email info@brewlinetours.com with inquiries. 

  • Can I bring my pet?

    No pets are allowed as not all locations we are visiting allow them inside. 

  • Is my information protected?

    Our privacy policy states that we will only use your personal information (contact info, name, credit card info) for booking the tour and reasons related to tour operations. We do not store credit card info or share any personal information with other parties. 

  • What do you recommend for groups?

    You may book seats on our public tours and join other guests as space allows. You can also select to book the entire bus (up to 13 max). Our public tours are confirmed in advance with times and locations.

    With a private tour you can customize the experience with our expertise and have access to additional breweries you may not see on the public tours page. Contact info@brewlinetours.com for more info. 

  • Do you pick me up?

    Our public tours include pick up/drop off service depending on the tour. Hop on an Uber or Lyft so you don’t have to drive. Arrive at the pick up location 15 minutes prior to departure time. The bus leaves promptly for each tour. If you miss the bus you’ll have to arrange transportation to the 1st location. 

  • Where can I park?

    We suggest NOT parking - and NOT driving! Use public transportation or arrange a ride if all possible to get to the pick up location. However, all of our tour starting points provide for vehicle parking on site.

    *Keep in mind that the beers that you will be sampling can be up to three times higher in alcohol by volume than typical domestic beer. We want you to have a good time but if you become too intoxicated to the point of being disruptive to other passengers or guests, you will be removed from the bus and NO refunds will be given. If you get sick on the bus you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

  • Is there any dress code?

    Dress is typically casual. We only ask that you DO NOT wear any open toe shoes or sandals as you will not be allowed on some tours due to brewery guidelines. 

  • Are there any costs NOT included in the price for the tour?

    Gratuities for your driver/guide, and the purchases of any additional pints, growlers or merchandise at the locations we visit are your responsibility.
